Weekend Wellness | No. 26

Hi, Friends! We are back today with a recipe we know you will love! A few days ago, we shared a video of overnight oats in our favorite mugs and thought we should share the recipe. It is SO good, we know you will love it as much as we do!

This easy recipe will save you time in the morning and still provide a nourishing breakfast the whole family will love!

Protein Overnight Oats:

1/3 cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 cup milk of choice
Optional: 1/2 banana and 1/3 cup blueberries

Mix together the oats, chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, and the powdered peanut butter with one cup of milk. Let sit in your refrigerator overnight. When you are ready to eat them, simply take the oats out and top with your favorite toppings. Ours is 1/2 of a banana and about 1/3 cup of blueberries.
