Hi, Friends! We have hit the summer time running! From a spring time flu to SO. MUCH. BASEBALL… we kind of feel like it is December around here! Today, we thought we would share a quick tip for when you or the kids are sore after softball. Every year, my husband plays in the Church softball leagues and coaches little league, and every year after those first few games he comes home complaining about how sore he is.

Our recommendation is to take a bath using our bath salts! Not only is it a great way to relax, it also provides relief from sore muscles. Just a few scoops and a twenty minute bath will help tremendously!
As a spectator, it is easy to get sunburnt too – I always come home and reach for our Face Oil, which quickly absorbs into the skin and gives you the BEST glow. Not to mention, the smell is incredible.
