Hi, Friends! We couldn’t kick off the official start of Autumn without sharing our favorite Apple Orchards in Minnesota! Thankfully, Minnesotans are very blessed when it comes to Apple Orchards, no matter where you are, you are usually not farther than an hour’s drive to enjoy picking fresh apples with you and your family. Here are a few of our favorites.
- Apple Jack’s Apple Orchard in Delano, Minnesota
We couldn’t start this list off with any other orchard besides our local Apple Jack’s Apple Orchard. Loaded with family fun each weekend which includes pony rides, apple cannons, zip lines, face painting, live music, and more. - Minnetonka Orchard in Minnetrista, Minnesota
Best known for their you-pick apples and fun autumnal activities, they have something for every member of the family. They have a petting zoo, apple launching, a hay mountain, and more! We know you would love this family-friendly orchard. - Emma Krumbee’s Orchard & Farm in Belle Plaine, Minnesota
Another orchard close to our hearts is Emma Krumbees, located close to Tricia’s grandmother’s house, we both have many memories of coming here in the past and enjoying family time together. From picking all kinds of apples to bring home to creating memories walking around the Scarecrow Festival paths we know you will love this orchard. While there, don’t pass up the considerable assortment of desserts! - Fall Harvest Orchard in Montrose, Minnesota
With over twenty varieties of apples to choose from, everyone will find something they love at Fall Harvest Orchard. Fill your day with apple picking followed by a ton of activities including train rides, a corn maze, pony rides, a giant corn pit, and more. They also have free music for the whole family to enjoy. - Aamodt’s Apple Farm in Stillwater, Minnesota
While we have never been here personally, Aamodt’s Apple Farm is known locally for its apple picking. This family-owned business is in its fourth generation. For the adults in the family who enjoy an adult drink every now and then, Aamodt’s is known for their Thor’s Hard Cider.
