Happy Friday, friends! We made it after a short but oh-so-long everybody overly tired week!
Okay, is it just us or is everybody fighting all the junk food, after game snacks, parade candy fights with kids (or ourselves). We are so done with the battle.
So here’s what we’re doing. Bribing…. with ice cream! It’s so easy and healthy! Here’s what you do…
1. Freeze bananas
2. Blend once frozen with a few tablespoons of healthy milk of choice (I love Ripple or full fat coconut).

ICE CREAM!!
• Throw it on a warm oat flour waffle
• Melt peanut butter and put it back in the freezer for 5 to make a hard shell on top.
• Sprinkles and coconut whip for a classic bowl.
•A little granola on top for a breakfast bowl

So many ways to dress it up and not feel guilty at all. Go ahead and have it for breakfast kids!
