Hi, I’m Alisha! My passion for health and wellness started when my son was sick when he was less than a year old. That passion grew as I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that changed everything for me. After years of countless doctors and testing, I decided to take my health into my own hands and proceeded to consume countless hours of research, digging into natural remedies. Curiosity grew into a passion as I slowly transformed our lives into a more natural way of living.
Hi, I’m Tricia! I have 4 kids ranging from 8 down to 2. My middle 2 children are twins, and at the age of 6 weeks old they spent a week in the PICU with RSV, their lungs have never been the same. Fast forward a year, when they turned 1, they started having seizures. The seizures were diagnosed as febrile, even though a fever wasn’t present some of the time. It did not sit well in my mom gut. Sleepless nights of research have led me to a more holistic approach to health and nutrition.
With both of our lives changing simultaneously we began sharing what works well with our families to one another. We realized we had some of the same struggles, and were coming to the same solutions. We are not here to give you medical advice. Our goal is that by sharing our stories with you, you will relate to them, and find resources that work for your family as well.
