
Looking forward to the weekend? So are we! Here at Forget-Me-Not Wellness, we are always looking for ways to improve our family’s overall health. We try to carve out a bit of time for relaxation to unwind and reduce stress over the weekend. One way we try to reduce weekday stress is by doing a bit of food preparation over the weekend. For us, this includes meal planning for the week ahead and prepping as much as possible for the week. Usually, this doesn’t take more than an hour or two but saves so much time throughout the week. This not only allows us to make better choices throughout the workweek, but it gives us extra time with our families when we are not constantly thinking about meals and snacks. One of our favorite on-the-go-breakfast options is a quick chia pudding.
